My name is Michelle Tonnaer, and I am the founder of Siluna Mind. I am a Certified Counsellor and registered with the Australian Counselling Association, and a Mindfulness Practitioner.
I understand that life’s challenges come in many forms. My aim is to create a compassionate, welcoming space where you can pause, explore your feelings, and find the support you need.
I work with compassion, empathy, and professional integrity. Every person’s story is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs - whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, burnout, or simply feeling stuck etc.. My goal is to support you in understanding yourself better, building resilience, and finding clarity and direction.

As a Certified Mindfulness Practitioner, I teach mindfulness techniques that help you cultivate present-moment awareness, a powerful way to slow down and respond thoughtfully to life’s challenges.
I offer counselling sessions in both English and Dutch, delivered securely via telehealth, to ensure you can access support comfortably wherever you are.
